Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS STATE ENGINEER'S OFFICB, SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, MARCH 16, 1936. Notice is hereby given that Thomas B. Robinson of El Cajon, California, has. made application in accordance with the laws of Utah to appropriate 0.6 sec. ft of water from Mill Creek, formerly former-ly known as Sand Hollow Creek in Washington county, Utah. Said water will be diverted from January Jan-uary 1 to December 31 incl. of each year at a point which bears E. 2890 ft. and S. 2780 ft. from the NW cor. Sec. 23, T. 42, S., R. 15 W., S.L.B. & M. and conveyed con-veyed 1700 t. and used to irrigate ir-rigate 15 acres of land embraced In part of NEViSW4 and NWU-SEy NWU-SEy of said sec. 23. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 11698. All protests against the granting grant-ing of said application, stating the reasons therefor, shall b? submitted in affidavit form and in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $1.00 and filed in this office within 30 days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
