Show CARS DAMAGED IN WRECK LAST FRIDAY j Two cars were badly damaged in a collision on the blind curve between Toquerville and LaVerkin last Friday morning. A Dodge touring car containing two men from the northern part of the state, was proceeding toward La Ver-kin, Ver-kin, and a buick touring with three passengers were on their way to Toquerville. The cars met head-on on the curve and the radiators, front fenders and wind shields .of both cars were smashed. The Buick lost a front wheel. No one was seriously injured, but two of the occupants of the Buick were slightly bruised. The occupants of the Dodge were on their way tc the, camp of the Nevada Construction Co., at Zion park. The cars were towed to the Hurricane Hurri-cane Garage where the damage was estimated and Chauncey Sandberg was called to arbitrate the differences and decide who was responsible for the accident. County Attorney Le Roy H. Cox and Deputy Sheriff Cottam went to Hurricane Hur-ricane to investigate the affair. |
