Show ENTERTAINMENT BY SOUTH WARD Last Saturday evening an entertainment enter-tainment was given in the auditorium under the direction of the South Ward Primary. Each class took part and even the youngest kiddies could be heard distinctly. The acting and dancing was exceptionally well done. The program follows: Song Trail Builders .Each boy wore a brown and green cap and scarf. Dramatization of "How the Lord took care of Elijah" by the first grade. "A Harvest Home Coming" was dramatized by the second grade, and the third grade gave "A Cup of Cold Water." The Blue Bird girls assisted by the third grade, presented, "A Harvest Festival Drill," in which the four seasons sea-sons were represented by girls with costumes of green, orange, brown and white. The concluding number was a drill, "Roman Soldiers and Trumpeters," Trumpet-ers," presented by the Sea Gull girls. Other numbers were stunts by "Tony" Watson and a reading by Ruth Ramsey. |
