Show HURRICANE Hurricane, Dec. 12. The infant of Mr. and Mrs. Tim Hoyt died very suddenly sud-denly Sunday morning. Funeral services ser-vices were held Monday. Much sympathy is felt for the bereaved parents. par-ents. Mrs. May W. Hunt representing the Dixie College gave a splendid lecture on nutrition Tuesday p. m. Mrs. Perkins with her dramatic art class also of the Dixie college gave an entertainment en-tertainment in the evening which was enjoyed by . all. Members of the state board of education edu-cation were here to day visiting the school. Rainfall the last two days amounted amount-ed to .70 of an Inch. Hyrum Isom is home again from Idaho where he has spent the past summer. Attorney Cox and deputy Sheriff Cottam were here on business Friday. A practice game of basket ball between be-tween Bunkerville and Hurricane school was played here Friday night. A wood haulers dance was given Wednesday night for old and young. |
