You are hereby summoned to appear ap-pear within twenty days after the service of this summons upon you, if served within the county in which this action is brought; otherwise, within thirty days after service and defend the above entitled action; and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demands of the complaint which has been filed with the Court. This action is brought to recover a judgment -or decree quieting plaintiff's title to the following described premises prem-ises situated in Washington County, state of Utah, described in plaintiff's complaint as follows, to-wit: All of Lot 5 in Block 46, and all of Fractional Block 7, Plat "A", St. George City Surrey now of record in the County Recorder's Record-er's office of Washington County, Utah.
