Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, November 7, 1929. Notice is hereby given that Le-Roy Le-Roy A. Wilson, whose post office address ad-dress is Salt Lake City, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Session Ses-sion Laws of Utah, 1919 to 1929 inclusive in-clusive to appropriate 50 c. f. s. of water from the Headwaters of Zion Creek or North Fork of the Virgin River. Said water is to be diverted as follows: From "The Gulch" 366.8 ft. S. and 1201.9 ft. W. from the Ei cor. of Sec. 33, T. 38 S., R. 10 W. From Three Creeks, 3181.7 ft. W. and 200 ft. S. from the SV4 cor. of Sec. 30, T. 38 S., R. 9 W., from North Fork of the Virgin River 1113 ft. E. and 438 ft. S. of the Eli cor. of Sec. 23, T. 39 S R. 9 W., S. L. B. & M. The water will be conveyed convey-ed a distance of 14 miles where it will be used during the entire year for generating power for electric elec-tric lighting and propelling machinery mach-inery and operating electric furnaces fur-naces in Iron and Washington counties, coun-ties, Utah. After having been so used the water is to be returned to the natural stream at a point which bears 2050 ft. W. from the SE cor. of Sec. 34, T. 39 S., R. 10 W, S. L. B. & M. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 10635. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be by affidavit affida-vit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office of-fice within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
