Show CHARLES H. l'l'GH OF KANAB DIES HERE Charles R. Pugh, 61, of Kanab, passed away at 2:30, Saturday afternoon, at the local hospital .:om peritcnitie. He had been irought in Friday for treatment nit his condition was so serious .lis folks were sent for and all ware with him except two children child-ren at the time of his death. -Mr. Pugh was a prominent Lockman and businessman in that section and served on the otate board o.: agriculture for three years.' He was active in church work all his life and filled two missions for the church, and for eight years was a member of the Kanab Stake Presidency. Besides his wife he is survived by the following children: Mrs. Beth Roundy and Mrs. Melba Palmer, of Alton, Mrs. LaVerd McAllister, of Kanab, Mrs. Delsa Stevens, of Salt Lake City, and Cecil, Samuel, Lincoln and Rol-lace. Rol-lace. of Kanab. Mr. and Mrs. Lorin A. Little, and Richard McAllister, of St. George were among those who attended the funeral which was held at Kanab, on Monday. |
