Show SUMMONS In the District Court of the Fifth Judicial District, County of Washington, State of Utah. Rose Mae Fleming, Plaintiff, vs. John B. Fleming, Defendant. The State of Utah to said Defendant: De-fendant: You are hereby summoned to appear within twenty days after the service of this summons upon you, if served in the county in which this action is brought; otherwise within thirty days after af-ter service, and defend the above entitled action; and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against you according ac-cording to the demand of the complaint, which has been filed with the Clerk of said Court.
