Show RESTORATION' TO ENTRY OF LANDS IX XATIOXAL FOREST Notice is hereby given that the lands described below, within the Dixie National Forest, will be open to settlement and entry at the United States Land Office at Salt Lake City, Utah, under the provisions of the homestead law and act of June 11, 1906 (34 Stat., 233), on December 17, 1932, by any qualified person in the absence of entry by persons coming within ei'.her -- he t f following classes: (if perso, j named after each tract upon ' whose application the lands were j listed, if any, who, in order to ' .avail themselves of the prefe-- ; ence right, must file their ap- plication within sixty days prjor jj j to date of opening; (2) Ex-ser- vice men who, in order to avail ' j themselves of the preference I right conferred by congress un- ' j der public resolution No. 85, ap- ; proved June 12, 1930, may' fie I .application within one hundred I , ten days prior to date of open- ' j ing.
