Show LEGION LINES UP CONVENTION BOXING CARD Possible That DeLon Heaton Who Has Met Most of the Big Ones, Will Wrestle Ira Dern in Headline! The best boxing and wrestling card ever seen in southern Utah is now in process of. formation by the Legion convention boxing committee. The bouts will start Wednesday night, August 2 4, continue Thursday night, and if justified, a third card will be staged Saturday afternoon, the last day of the convention. DeLon Heaton, a native of southern Utah, who under the name of Don DeLon, has wrestled wres-tled all over the country, meeting meet-ing the best -men among the heavies, has taken over the promotion pro-motion of the card for the Legion Le-gion and is making an effort to secure Ira Dern for a match with him here. Heaton weighs 235 pounds ariu :'i in good condition. con-dition. He met w.tji the boxing committee com-mittee here Monday night and lined up a tentative card which if put on, will be a sizzler. As tentatively arranged, local fans will tee Nelson, who knocked out Clarence Baiter in Cedar City two weeks ago. He will ba lined up with either Hallmark or in a return bout with Baker. The Spilsbury broilers of Cedar Ce-dar City will be brought in. together to-gether with Dean Nelson, younger young-er brother of "Fat", Sam Pugh of Kanab, Red Balle, who fought and wrestled here last winter, Bish FawceU and Hunter, who mixed at Cedar recently. A new-comer to St. George, Wildcat" Parker, of Fredonia, will probably be seen in action again.-. Riley Slack of Toquer-ville. Toquer-ville.
