Show SCOUTS ENTERTAIN CR01AT CIRCUS Troop Stunts and Contests With Fathers Interesting Feature of Anniversary Week, A scout circus, prepared by the troops of the 3 St. George wards, was given Tuesday night in the gymnasium and proved to be one of the most entertaining entertain-ing burlesque preformances ever seen here. A Palm Scout went through the ranks and returned assisting another to the top. Awards were presented by the following men: Mathew M. Bentley, Edward McMullin, John T. Woodbury, Jr., W. W. Mc-Arthur, Mc-Arthur, B. Glen Smith, Harold Snow, H. L. Reid and a Scoutmaster Scout-master Key was presented to Carl Moss by W. O. Bentley. One hundred fifty awards were review as follows: 30 second sec-ond class, 16 first class, 9 Stars, 6 Life, 3 Eagles, 1 Eagle Palm, and S5 merit badges. Most of the honors went to the West ward, troop 403, but other troops honored were St. Georgo East and South troops, Washington, Wash-ington, Leeds and Santa Clara. |
