Judd, of Fredonia, Arizona, who ,on May 24, 192S, made desert land entry No. U5S153 for lots 1 and 2, sec. 29, T. 41 N., R. 2 W., G. & S. R. Meridian, has filed notice of intention to make final proof, to establish claim to the land above described, before Elgin Morris, Notary rublic, at Kanab, Utah, on the 30th day of March, 1932.
