To Whom It May Concern: Notice is hereby given giv-en that the State of Utah has filed in this office lists of lands, selected by the said State, under section 6 of the Act of Congress, approved July 16, 1894, as Indemnity School lands, viz-NE14NE14 viz-NE14NE14 Sec. 9, T. 37 S., R. IS W. and SWNWi, Sec. 1, 37 S., R. ,17 W. S. L. M. Copies of said lists, so far as they relate to said tracts by descriptive subdivisions, have been conspiciously posted in this office for inspection by any person interested and by the public generally. general-ly. During the period of publication or cms notice, or any time thereafter, there-after, and before final approval and certification, under departmental regulations reg-ulations of April 25, 1907, protests or contests against the claim of the State to any of the tracts or subdivisions subdivi-sions hereinbefore, described on the ground that the same is more valuable valu-able for mineral than for agricultural purposes, will be received and noted for report to the General Land Office at Washington, D. C. Failure so to protest or contest, within the time specified, will be considered sufficient suffici-ent evidence of non-mineral character charact-er of the tracts and the selections thereof, being otherwise free from objection, will be approved to the State. Heaton, of Moccasin, Arizona, who, on September 19, 1922, made additional addi-tional stock raising homestead entry, No. 051175, for Lots 3, 4, ESW, EV2, Section 31, Township 40 N., Range 4 W., G. & S. R. Meridian, has filed notice of intention to make Three Year Proof, to establish claim to the land above described, before A. W. Judd, U. S. Commissioner, at Fre-donia, Fre-donia, Arizona, on the 23rd day of June, 1925. Claimant names as witnesses: John E. White, Christopher C. Heaton, Hea-ton, Fred C. Heaton Lucy C.
