Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, April 28, 1925. Notice is hereby given that Oscar DeMill, whose post office address is Rockville, Utah, has made application in accordance with Sec. S, Chapter 67, Session Laws of Utah, 1919. to change .the place of use of one (1) c. f. s. of water from Horse Valley Wash in Washington County, Utah. Heretofore, Here-tofore, the water has been diverted at a point which bears 1117 ft W and 264 ft. S. from the E4 cor. of Sec. 11, T. 42 S., R. 11 W., S. L. II. and used for the irrigation of land embraced in the SEHSWH, Sec. 2-NEUNWU, 2-NEUNWU, Xff'iXE'i Sec. 11, T 4 2 S., R. 11 W., S. L. M. It is now desired to divert the water at the same point described above and convey con-vey in a ditch a distance of 3 70 0 ft. where it will be u?ed for the irrigation irriga-tion of 17.9 acres of land embraced in parts of S!:SV';. SWSE'i Sec 2 ; NE U NW U , W ' i NE 14 Sec 11 T 4 2 S., R. 11 W., S. L. M. This application appli-cation is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. aS21. All protests against the granting o said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
