Show ' NOTICE TO WATER USERS 1 State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah. .May 12, 1925. Notice is hereby given that Herman Guhler, Hyruin Gubler and Andrew G. Laub, whose post office addresses are Santa Clara, Utah, has made application ap-plication in accordance with the requirements re-quirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended by the Session Ses-sion Laws of Utah, 1919, to appropriate appro-priate two thousandths (.002) c. f. s. of water from Grapevine Spring in Washington County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted at the point of issuance of spring which is situated at a point which bears S. 61 34' E. S527 ft. from the W cor. Sec. 12, T. 42 S., R. 19 W., S. L. M. and conveyed convey-ed in a pipe line a distance of 15 ft. where it will be conserved in watering water-ing troughs and used from Jan. 1st to Dec. 31st of each year for the watering of 50 head of cattle. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 9 642. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, dup-licate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
