Show ROCKVILLE Rockville, Apr. 3. The boy scouts spent Satuarday cleaning the cemetery. ceme-tery. They did a very good job and in addition to cleaning out weeds and building up the graves they made a ditch to ca,rry the overflow of the pipe line on to the cemetery. Many-people Many-people who have- dear ones buried in this cemetery have 'moved to other towns. If any of these would care to have the graves cared for, flowers or trees planted, etc., the boy scouts will be glad to do it if the request is made to the scoutmaster. Mrs. Guy DeMill was called to Virgin Vir-gin last Tuesday to the bedside of her mother, Mrs. Sylvester Earl, who died the following day. Mrs. Earl had many friends here and much sympathy is felt for those who are left to mourn her loss. Bis-hop and MrS. Philetus Jones, Mrs. Mary C. Hirschi, Mrs. Marvin Terry, Mrs. Perry DeMill, Mr. and Mrs. John Dennett and Mrs. Alice Ballard went to Virgin Friday to attend at-tend the funeral of Mrs. Earl. Mr. and Mrs. Will Bringhurst and family of Toquerville spent Sunday here visiting' Mrs. Bringhurst's parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Orley Dalton. Mrs. Lee Eager of Hurricane spent Sunday here visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Brigham Dalton. Mr. and Mrs. John V. Schopman of Cedar City spent Sunday here visiting relatives. Boyd Dennett was a visitor here from Sprifigdale Saturday. |
