Show TOQUERVILLE Mrs. Mary J. Bringhurst and son Charles returned home Friday Fri-day from Salt Lake where they visited the past week. Miss Irene Beatty was rushed to the St. George hospital Sunday Sun-day where she was operated on that night for an acute attack of appendicitis. She is getting along fine. The quarterly conference at Hurricane was well represented by our towns people: Mr. and rMs. Antone Bowler spent the week-end visiting Mr. and Mrs. Harry Slack. Most of our men working for P. W. Mr. and Mrs. Benney Williams and Mrs. Reese Davis spent Friday Fri-day visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. George Kleinman. Mr. Riley Slack left Tuesday for Los Angeles. Mrs. C. P. Leamaster returned from St. George Tuesday where she has been for the past two weeks nursing the sick. |
