Show SCHOOL PLAY VERY SUCCESSFUL The annual competitive play produced by the students of the school will be repeated in the Dixie Auditorium Saturday night, commencing at 8:15. The cast will include: Donald Bleak, Sylva Gates, Naomi Fordham, Ann Cannon, Can-non, Therol McArthur and Viola Woodbury of St. George; Von Cottam of Veyo; Donald Bowler of Enterprise; Claud Lundquist of Kanab; Florence Judd of La-Verkin; La-Verkin; and Clyde Casto of Salt Lake. This year two casts have been selected. The first cast performed perform-ed last Friday night before a large crowd. The play showed good coaching, and hard work on the part of the players. The cast was well balanced, and each character took his part creditably. credit-ably. The following were in the cast that performed Friday: Clayton Nelson, Slyva Gates, George Whipple, Roxey Romney, LoRen Watson. Mason Cottam. Wendell Snow and Emily Brooks of St. George; Justin Lamb of Enterprise; Melvin Schmutz of New Harmony; and Rhoda Welk-er Welk-er of Paris, Idaho. The story is a comedy mystery. myst-ery. While comedy prevails, there are periods in which the audience is kept in deep suspense. sus-pense. The play is well worth seeing. |
