Show WASHINGTON Washington, May 19. Miss Effie Hall and Roy Tobler of Overton, Nev., were married in the St. George temple Friday and left that evening j for their home in Overton. The: bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ephraim Hall, well known and highly high-ly respected residents of this place. Effie is one of our most popular young ladies, was counselor in the M. I. A. has been clerk in the Hall-Neilson Hall-Neilson store for several years and is loved and respected by all who know her. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Tobler, respected residents resi-dents of Overton, Nev, has many friends here as well as in his home town. Mra. and Mrs. Bert Hall and Miss Vida Thayne returned Saturday from Predonia, Ariz. Bert returned Sunday Sun-day to his work. Mrs. Hall will remain re-main for a few weeks' visiting her mother, Mrs. George Thayne. Marcus, Rupert, and James Tegan arrived Monday night from Idaho. They came on account of the serious illness of their mother, Mrs. Trena Tegan. Mr. and Mrs. Edmund Gubler of Santa Clara were visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Hafen Sunday. A. A. Ruby has gone to Iron Springs where he has employment. The Primary officers gave a dance Friday night. |
