Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, April 2S, 1925. Notice is hereby given that Oscar DeMill, whose post office address is Rockville, Utah, has made application in accordance with Sec. 8, Chapter t7, Session Laws of Utah, 1919 to change the place of use of one (1) c f. s. of water from Horse Valley Wash ' in Washington County, Utah. Heretofore, Here-tofore, the water has been diverted at a point which bears 1117 ft W and 2 64 ft. S. from the EVi cor of fcec. 11, T. 42 S., R. U w., S. L. M and used for the irrigation of land embraced in the SEUSW, Sec. 2--NEUNWU. NW sPr n t 4 2 S R. 11 w., S. L. M. It is now desired to divert the water at the same point described above and convey con-vey in a ditch a distance of 3700 ft where it will be used for the irrigation irriga-tion of 17.9 acres of land embraced in parts of SViSWU.
