Show WASHINGTON Washington, Auk. 13. Our town has been almost deserted (He past, week or so. Most of our young folks have been outing in Zion National Na-tional park. Quito a number have returned home and report a very enjoyable en-joyable time. jlrs. Mary A. Prisbrey who spent the past three weeks here visiting relatives, returned Friday to her home in St. George. Mrs. Willard Sorenson and family were over from St. George Monday visiting Her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Israel Neilson, Sr. Jlr. and Mrs. Taul Scegmiller of Cedar City are here visiting Mrs. Seegmiller's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Sproul. Miss Menia Sorenson arrived here Friday to visit her aged father, Lars Sorenson, and her sister, Mrs. Geor-gina Geor-gina Neilson. Mr. Jensen and Reuben Turner of Delta arrived here Monday to visit relatives and get some fruit. Alvin Neilson left Sunday for Cedar Ced-ar City with Lester and Rex Iverson who had been home on a short visit. Mr. and Mrs. Sherman Cooper of Meadow, Utah arrived here Sunday evening to visit relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Reber of Santa Clara were Sunday .visitors here. Mrs. Elva Hamilton left Monday for her home at Los Angeles, Cal. Bert Hall went to St. George Monday Mon-day and had his tonsils removed. Mr. and Mrs. Ray Miller left Sunday Sun-day for Cedar City. Reed Prisbrey left Saturday for New Harmony. |
