Show WHY YOU SHOULD BE A. MEMBER MEM-BER OP A COMMERCIAL CLUB 1. Because a Commercial Club is composed of the ablest men of the community, and you are one of those men. 2. A Commercial Club being composed of the most progressive and best citizens, it is possible for them to express themselves collectively collect-ively and therefore efficiently, on problems of community welfare. 3. Because a Commercial Club unifies public interest, develops spirit and breaks down selfishness. 4. Because a Commercial Club helps to create and express sound progressive opinions on all important import-ant questions affecting the welfare of the city. 5. Because a Commercial Club links your city with others in great business and patrotic movements. 6. Because a Commercial Club holds up ideals of civic developemerit which tend to the encouragement of that which is hopeful and helpful to your town, and is strong to eliminate elim-inate all harmful influences. 7. Because a Commercial Club through its activities and social functions makes its members better business men, better social and civic Leaders and better home builders and therefore better citizens. 8. Because a Commecial Club is the gauge of the city's enterprise, prosperity and ambitions, and it reflects re-flects accordingly on every citizen. 9.
