graduated from Ricks College and BYU She is originally from Iowa John Hulihan assisted by Mrs Mm Thora Yack and Mrs Fern Collett will be implementing the Open Court Reading Program a traditional synthetic synthetic synthetic syn syn- phonics approach with the reading content selected mainly from classical literature with an emphasis on Fables supplemented with McGuffey's Readers Americas America's traditional basic reader for over a century and a half In addition to this reading program all teachers will be trained by Utah State University University University sity to be reading teachers This program piloted in the Provo and Gran Granite te Districts is called URea Reading ding in the Content Area Basically all reading assignments in science math history etc will also be pre School District of not allowing students to leave Junior High School without completing the state requirements of 18 unit credits plus the specified courses required has resulted in a cooperative effort by the Ute Tribes Tribe's Adult Education Center under the direction of Roy Chapman and Forrest Cuch Lurch to provide instruction during the summer The following students who failed to graduate
