Show By Angie Martin Having a summer party? Or maybe a family barbecue? Kebobs are fun party-fare which are easy to fix (do the meat the night before) and you can even have your guests fix their own. Just have bowls of onion chunks, green pepper and red pepper chunks, pineapple, pineap-ple, tomatoes, or whatever your favorite might be, on the table with the marinated meat and let your guests choose what they would like to have with their meat. I have a marvelous cookie recipe for you. These are delicious served with thin slices of mild cheese and perhaps melon or fresh pineapple, and a cake to take on your picnic. Also, some refreshing flavorful drinks to serve at home or take with you. J |
