A Long celebrated his birthday last July 2nd All 6 of his children and 3 sons sons- law in-law and most of oC his grandchildren grandchildren grand grand- children and great grandchildren making a total of about 57 were at his home Sunday July 3rd to celebrate the occasion BORN nOHN IN Georgia in 1897 to Nathan Long and Alice Jane Payne his father died when he was a toddler and his mother brought he and his older brother Winfred now deceased to Utah in 1906 to live with her brother They moved to in 1915 and he has lived there almost entirely since He married Olive Rudy in 1919 and they divorced in 1928 All of their children are still living They are Irene Redford Redford Redford Red- Red ford Bakersfield Calif Norma Williams Mantua Calif Cali Mrs Jack H.
