Lovely refreshments were served BRIDE-ELECT HONORED Complimenting Miss Patsy Creedon, lovely February bride-elect, bride-elect, was a miscellaneous shower show-er given at the George Massa home in Highland Boy Saturday evening, February 16, with Mrs. Massa, Mrs. Bob-. Cochran and Mrs. Edward Osoro as co-hostesses. Besides the honoree and hostesses hos-tesses those present were Mrs. John J. Creedon, Mrs. Tony Az-zelio, Az-zelio, Mrs. Milka Smilanich, Mrs. Charles Zanardi, Mrs. Pete Zabala, Mrs. Louis Scorzato, Mrs. Joe Scorzato, Mrs. Teles Arriz, Mrs. Manuel Osoro, Mrs. J. Ru-balcava, Ru-balcava, Mrs. Ray Lukas, Mrs. George Balich, Mrs. Mary Pazell, Mrs. Nick Yengich, Mrs. Henry Keysaw, Mrs. Ira Moss, Mrs. Rick Beck, Mrs. Joe Rakich, Miss Ada Duhigg, Miss Mildred May, Mrs. Carlotta Moretti, Mrs. John Vietti, Mrs. Maddalena Todesco, Mrs. Joe Church, Mrs. Daniel Shea, Mrs. Dominic Perrele, Mrs. John Fassio, Mrs. Charley Fassio, Mrs. Turpin, Mrs. Joe Tibolla, Mrs. John Muhar and Mrs. Clarence Clar-ence Hawkins. House prizes were won by Mrs. Arriz and Mrs. Shea. Table decorations followed a pink and yellow color theme and a delicious buffet luncheon was served. The honoree received many lovely gifts. Mrs. ..Mathilda B. Walker, 51. Pleasant Grove, sister to Mrs. Margaret Ball and Mrs. Sarah Golish of Bingham, passed away in a Provo hospital Saturday at 7 p.m. after a lingering illness. Funeral services were conducted Wednesday at 1 p.m. in Pleasant Grove Second ward chapel by Bishop E. M. Williams. Burial was in Pleasant Grove cemetery. Mr. and Mrs. George Knudsen entertained at dinner Sunday for Pvt. Val Farnsworth, who is home on leave after completing .basic training at Camp Roberts, Calif. Other guests ,were Mrs. Sally Taylor and son Bill, Mrs. Anna Moore and Rudy Pino. Val, who is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Chase of Midvale, formerly form-erly of Bingham, leaves February Febru-ary 26th to report to Baltimore, Md. j LOCAL notes : Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Householder Sr. were Mr. and Mrs. Jack Whit-more Whit-more of Lark.
