Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah. Nov. 19, 1919. Notice is hereby given that Andrew An-drew J. Allen, of Fruitland, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Com-piled Laws of Utah. 1917, as amended amend-ed by the Session Laws of Utah, 1919, to appropriate two and seventy-four thousandths (2.074) second-feet second-feet of water from Avintaquin Creek, in Duchesne County. Said water will diverted at a point S. 41 deg. 8 min. W. 1735.14 ft. from the NV1 corner of Section 11, Township Town-ship 5 South, Range 8 West. Uintah Special Meridian, and conveyed in a ditch for a distance of 7679 ft. and there used from April 15 to Oct. 15 of each year to irrigate 240 acres of land embraced in ESWVi, NWSE, and SNE Sec.2, and NEUNW Sec. 11, in said T. 5 S., R. 8 W. As much of said water as may be necessary will be used during the entire year for domestic dom-estic purposes. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as No. 8246. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reason rea-son therefor, must be made by affidavit af-fidavit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication publi-cation of this notice.
