Show JUDGE MORGAN SUFFERING FROM SMALL POX Judge A. B. Morgan of Provo, presiding pre-siding judge of the fourth judicial district court, is suffering from small pox. The first intimation, when the December term of court was postponed on account of his illness, was to the effect that the judge was threatened by an attack or pneumonia. pneu-monia. Word comes now from Provo Pro-vo that it is not pneumonia but small pox. Here is hope that judge Morgan Mor-gan will recover speedily and that we will see his friendly face again when the March term starts. ' . Highest temperature during the week was 35, lowest, Tuesday morning, morn-ing, -39, which takes the record of the past 15 years. The highest previous pre-vious record for lowest temperatures was -34. A heavy snow storm raged all Monday, accompanied by a Green River gale. There are four inches of new snow, and with the old there is now more than a foot of snow on the ground at Duchesne.
