Show ' WARD REUNION HELD LAST WEEK The outstanding event of the past week was the Ward Reunion given by the Relief Society of the L. D. S. Church in the Ward Hall, the first one for several years. Sixty-five chickens fried for the event with mashed potatoes gravy, dressing, creamed carrots, molded mold-ed salad, pumpkin pie and hot cocoa were served cafeteria style to 340 guests. This was followed by a program. Songs by Mr. J. C. Rollins, Address by Rulon Lars en, Trio x by Poulson boys, Violin solo by Miss Ann Clayson, Trio by Mrs. Fern Moffitt, Judy Llddell and Miss Elsie Johnson, Dialogue by Mrs. Edna Smith and J. C. Rollins, Musical numbers by Mr. Jones and Students. , The hall was then cleared for a dance which was well patronized. patroniz-ed. Everybody in the Ward was Invited and everything was free. It was one of those old time jolly and happy meetings for which Duchesne Du-chesne has been famous. |
