Show Loan To Be Made To Farmers For Feed For Farm Livestock Mr. Henry Morgenthau, Jr., Govenor of the Farm. Credit Administration, Ad-ministration, has just issued an order to the Salt Lake Regional office of the crop production loan division authorizing that office to receive and consider applications for loans to farmers living in the drouth stricken sections of Utah, Idaho and Wyoming. These -loans will be made to indlvldul small farm operators, who are unable to finance the feeding of their farm livestock through any other finan-j cial source. Loans for feed for farm livestock, live-stock, the property of any indiv- idual family, will not be In excess, of the amount necessary for feed J for 20 head of cattle, 6 horses, 50 , sheep, and 5 brood sows.- As security sec-urity the Govenor of the Farm Credit Administration will require a first chattel mortgage on all farm livestock of the particular kind and class owned by -the applicant. ap-plicant. Interest at the rate of 5Yz per cent per annum will be charged. Farmers in need of this loan may get full, particulars by contacting con-tacting the field inspectors of the Crop Production Loan Office, or your local county agent, or by writing direct to the Salt Lake office of the Farm Credit Administration, Admin-istration, Chamber of Commerce Building. .
