Show WHY ANOTHER CREAMERY IN DUCHESNE Mr. Dairyman and Mr. Business Man: There has been some" talk about another creamery for Duchesne, but why? There would be no more cream for churning locally than 9 at presenti for the creamery here now is getting most of the local production. The creamery is never run to full capacity and there is not enough volume now to get down to really efficient operating costs. Any diversion of cream would cut into the present payroll and might even force the transfer-, of churning operations to Salt Lake. Therefore, why not use your influence in-fluence to keep the local creamery cream-ery in full operation, with the re-" re-" sultant benefit of local payrolls, local expenditures, and local taxes.
