Show THRIFTY MR. DOOLY. Emil S. Rolapp, of Ogden, who holds the responsible position of trustee trus-tee In bankruptcy for tho cstato of Alan D. F. Reynolds, of tho Junction City, has filed a suit In tho Federal court against the First National bank of Ogden, which is headed by John E. Dooly of this city. Tho complaint sets out that Reynolds was adjudged a bankrupt on January 18, 1904, and had been insolvent four months previous pre-vious to that date. On December 20, 1003, Roynolds deposited $G00 to his credit, but tho officials of the bank of which Mr. Dooly is the chief push, did not credit tho depositors account with tho same, but'gavo him credit for that sum "on account." Counsel for the estate says this method gayo Dooly et al. an ndvantago over tho other creditors, cred-itors, and asks judgment for $G00. n |
