Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change ' and appropriate water in Grand County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated'. Locations in SLB&M. a-5690 (05-716) City of Moab, a Municipal Corporation, Corpora-tion, 121 East Center Street, Moab, Utah, proposes to change the point of diversion of 2.256 sec. ft. of water evidenced evi-denced by Segregation App. 27898aa. The water was to have been diverted from two wells (1) 12-in. well 100 ft. deep at a point S. 35.6 ft. W. 871.6 ft. (2) 12-in. well 240 ft. deep at a point S. 870.2 ft. W. 653.9 ft. both from NE Cor. Sec. 22, T26S, R22E and used for municipal purposes ' within the city of Moab. Hereafter, 2.256 sec. ft. of water is to be diverted from any combination of three 12-in. wells 100-200 ft. deep at the following points: (1) N. 1270 ft. W. 1370 ft. (2) N. 630 ft. W. 1220 ft. both from SE Cor. Sec. 15 (2) S. 290 ft. W. 662 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 22 all in T26S, R22E, and used as heretofore hereto-fore described. 39164 (05-725) Rodney L. Sec. 8, T26S, R22E, and used for domestic purposes of 2 families fam-ilies and from Apr. 1 to Nov. 1 for irrigation of 0.25 ac. All uses in SW Sec. 8, T26S, R22E. 39189 (05-729) R. W. Mussulman, Mus-sulman, Moab, Utah, 0.015 sec. ft. of water from a 6-in. well 100-200 ft. deep at a point E. 200 ft. from W',4 Cor. Sec. 22, T26S, R22E, and used for domestic purposes of 1 family, stockwatering of 5 horses, and from Mar. 15 to Nov. 15 for irrigation of 0.25 ac. All uses in SWH NWU, MVUSWU, Sec. 22, T2GS, R22E. Protests resisting the granting grant-ing of these applications with reasons therefor must be filed fil-ed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114, on or before Mar. 29, 1969.
