Show Pair charged with burglary after arrest David Cleaveland, 21, and Robert Kuhel, 18, were arrested in Denver July 12 while in the act of committing a burglary, and are now being charged with the recent burglaries bur-glaries of Miller's Super Market and Woody's Tavern. According to the Grand County Sheriffs office, they had with them at the time of arrest four of the five pistols taken in the Miller's burglary the night of July 9-10. Grand County complaints charging both with two counts of burglary and two counts of theft have been issued; and if they are not waived, extradition extradi-tion proceedings will be started. start-ed. Cleaveland was on parole from the Utah State Prison on a conviction for a previous burglary at Miller's Super Market at the time of his arrest. |
