Show Kennecott Copper Field Day At Lagoon Next Monday Annual Field Day for employes of Utah Copper Division of Kennecott Ken-necott Copper Corporation, mines and mills, and Garfield Water company anil their families, will In- held at Lagoon resort next Monday, August 22nd. Windshield stickers were distributed dis-tributed by the committee to employees, em-ployees, which will allow free admittance to the resort of all occupants of the car. An extensive athletic program commencing at 1 p.m. has been arranged by the committees including in-cluding foot races, novelty events ev-ents at 2 p.m., horseshoe pitching pitch-ing at 2 p.m., baseball game (mines vs mills) at 3:30 p.m., soft-ball soft-ball game at 5:30 p.m., swimming events at 6:30 p.m., and dancing at pavilion at 9 p.m. with Paul Martin, his guitar and his orch- est iv, featuring Joan Martin and 4 Hits and a MLss. The Cyprus Drum and Bugle Corps will give an exhibition at 5:15 p.m. All concessions will start at 10 a.m. Two hundred one dollar prizes will be given away all day to employees. On presentation of identification at auto or train gate, in identification ticket for children under 16 and a lucky number identification ticket for adults will he given. Lucky number num-ber stubs are to be deposited in ballot boxes located at Tea Garden Gar-den headquarters and numbers drawn will be announced over the public addrc.i system at the Tea Garden headquarters. Employees' children will be admitted ad-mitted free all day to the following follow-ing concessions: children only merry-go-round, baby plane, baby ba-by jeeps, stream liner; children and cdults fun house and the whip. Rocket ride will be specially spec-ially reduced to ten cents. Bathing Bath-ing (reduced prices) will be adult 45 cents and children 30 cents.-All cents.-All other concsssions at regular prices.
