D W. W Fuller Fihler of Rockland Me tIe who was the commanding officer of the transport Lieutenant junior grade R R. D. D Hill Jr of ot Norwich Conn Lieutenant Fred M. M L of Sturgeon Bay Wis Vis Lieutenant Clarence W. W Baker of Newport R. R I. I Machinist Frank M. M I. I Hendricks Hendricks Hen Hen- dricks of ot New Haven Conn Hen and nd Chief Pay Clerk J. J P. P Gallacher of Norfolk Va NEGLIGENCE CHARGED D.
