R S S. S Witcher and J J. W. W Hennessy and they report having ore opened three feet in width from which the first assay re returns returns re- re turns were obtained The entire deposit is a first class shipping ore though the assays represent about one foot across the face Th The second assay is from a deposit that measures from one to three feet in width These returns are a fair average of the deposit that has re recently recently re- re been developed It Is a galena ore and as fine a shipping product as has been found In the block of ground being developed by the leasers I II From these two deposits there have been 1 I two cars of good ore taken out and the shipments will be made just as quickly as they can be shagged down the side of the mountain to the main tunnel loading station There have been several cars of rich ore taken out by these leasers but the winter operations have been confined confined con con- fined to ore development as the tunnel through which they are working is high up on the mountain where there is Js twelve feet of ot snow on the level Jevel I Operations in this ground on company account are meeting with good god success The latest advice from tho the property is to the effect that the long drift toward the Greeley fissure is well mineralized and that the results are being obtained as fast as the management expected With the ore coming in long before the drift has entered the fissure the company company company com com- pany engineers are more firmly of the opinion than ever before that the deposit will be a large one when caught up with |
