AUERBACH BROTHERS WILL BUILD STORES Again demonstrating their faith laith in Salt Lakes Lake's future the Auerbach brothers have contracted with the Ben Baum Construction company to b build Ud some storehouses on the south side of Broadway between State street and Second East street The new storehouses will include three divisions with a 60 foot front fronton on Broadway Each division of the building which is already in construction construction construction tion will be feet leet deep from the sidewalk It is est estimated to cost about These stores stoles will not be used by the Auerbach company compan but will be for rent as candy shops b bakeries butcher shops and the like The Auerbach Brothers expect to do some mor building in the near future In f fact ct several property owners owners on that street hope to construct buildings and stores within tho the next month or or two The building in construction now now may be used in part by the Auerbach company but It has has' not yet been de determined determined de- de for what hat purpose
