Bishop F. 8. Spalding waa unanimously unani-mously chosen preaident of tha convocation convo-cation that meets in midwinter. The Hev. Paul Jones of Logan, was re elected secretary, and Judge M. U Ritchie, laymaa of the church, waa chosen chaa. eel I nr. Misa Sarah Napper was tlected registrar. ' . A board of missioaa for tks district of Utah, was elected, composed of the following: Tbs Rev. W. W. Fleetwood of Ogden, tha Rev. Samuel R. C'olladay of Salt Lake. Lavraea Ellis Besley, Caustea Browne, and J. Walker Thomp. son.' Aa elect ioa of members to the council coun-cil of advice to tha bishop resulted ia tha aelection of tbs following: Tha Rev. W. W. Fleetwood of Ogden, the Rev. W. W. Reese of Salt Lake, Prof. Oeorge M. Marshall and Judge M. L. Ritchie of Salt Lake. Prof. Oeorge M. Marshall, tba Rev. M. W. Rice, the Rev. W. W, Reese, Emaiett M. Bsgley and W. D. Woodruff were elected to serve for tha ensning year as the social service ser-vice commission of tha church ia the Utah dmtriet.
