It years old. arrested yesterday on complaint from Marshal Grant of Blngharn. pleaded guilty to petty larueny. He atole a coat and vest from C. A. Bhelan. He waa sentenced to serve thirty days In the city Jail. When the sentence expires he will be chanred with a burglary, which It la alleged he committed in Bingham. William Mayn. a vagrant, waa given employment on the city concrete gang for ten daye. The city needs the services ser-vices of n few more experienced concrete men to complete the work of paving the areaway and alley at the back of the clly jail and fire department. |
