Show Directors Named For Country Club For the first time In tha history of tha Bait Lake Country club, an election to the board of directors re.ulted In a tie vote Saturday when Judaea of tha annual election an- j nounred that Dr. A. V. Wherry and W. W. Ray had received the earns number of ballots. Bylawa of the organisation provide that In ease of a tie vote the tie shall be voted off at the annual meeting of tha club. Thla year a meeting waa scheduled for Haturday night, following the count of the ballot, but aa the bylawa by-lawa also provide that less than twenty-five members does not con-atltule con-atltule a quorum, and there were not twenty-five qualified members In attendance at the meeting, adjournment ad-journment waa taken until $:I0 o'clock Wedneaday afternoon, Lee Charlea Miller, president of the club, announced At that time tha tie will ha voted off and reporta of committees will ba read. Mor than 104 ballots were caat In tha election. Frank A. Flatter and A. O. Randall were elected elect-ed to the directorate with comfortable comfort-able pluralities.
