"We understand that you are preparing pre-paring to bring extradition proceedings for Monteroa," Sullivan wrote to County Coun-ty Attorney Moreton. "Our charge Is much more aerious. but wo want you to have the man If we do not get a conviction. We would like any information infor-mation that you can give us that, will Laid In getting the conviction." S According to present plans of Sheriff C. Frank Emery and County Attorney Moreton. no effort will be made to take Monteroa from Arizona unless he Is not convicted of the criminal charges there. LEFT IN JUNE. He did not return at the end of the time and a nationwide search failed to reveal either his whereabouts or those of the little girl.
