Conn., March 6 Through a decision given by the discipline dis-cipline committee of the Hheffield Kcl-entlflc Kcl-entlflc school fsculty on a charge that i the fraternity "the Colony" had violated vio-lated the Interfratemlty agreement as to pledging freshmen, four members of "the Colony" are banned from the university uni-versity and New Haven for eleven months, seven freshmen are prohibited from Joining any Tale fraternity and the fraternity ia set back three days in pledging men. Among the men found guilty of breaking the Interfratemlty agreement are David E. Gibson. "2J. of Canon City, Colo., and James D. Piatt II. They are suspended until the opening of the second term In February, 1922. The men found guilty of breaking the agreement undertook to entertain freshmen at s house party Monday night and It was charged that they did so Intending to make an agreement that the freshmen consider themselves Colony men. |
