Show RAILWAY SUED FOR EJECTING TRAVELER Forced to walk from Sandy to Salt Lake late on the night of December 14 when a train conductor refused to honor the railroad ticket he purchased, J. S. Olaxe lost a valuable position and suffered injury to his health, according to his allegations In a damage suit filed in the Third district court today gainst the Lo Angcle Salt Lake railroad. Uraxe claimed 1M0. the salary sal-ary he would hav earned, and $3400 as damages. The complaint recited that Olaxe waa to have mt hla employer at Prnvo I)e-cemlier I)e-cemlier 15. He left Halt Lake December Decem-ber 14, and alleged that Conductor H. U Deacon refused te honor his ticket and put him off the train. Walking was painful, aa he had lost on leg, and waa la poor health. |
