Two hundred members attended a luncheon In the Hotel Utah at which the Most Rev. Jemes B. Kearney, Kear-ney, D. D bishop of Syracuse, S. T and formsr bishop here, and th Most Rev. Duane G. Hunt, D. D bishop of th Salt Lake dioceae, were the guaats of honor. Mrs. James Ivors served as th chairman of th luncheon. Mr. Arthur H. 8. Bird, organiser and th first president of the council coun-cil mad the welcoming address at th general session of th council at 1 p. m. ' Speakers on th program arranged ar-ranged by Mrs. Edmund Kearns stressed the council's program ef unifying th activities of various Catholic societies. . .
