Show League Holds Bazaar and Entertainment to Cheer Hard of Hearing yXt I its H ? , fa t -i. JF I To bring sound and sociability to other deaf of Salt Lake City, the Salt Lake League for the Hard of Hearing held its snnual Christmas bazaar Saturday all day at the Civic Center. Proceeds will be used to purchase 20 more outlets for the league's hearing aid or radio ears. The apparatus ap-paratus will now accommodate 30 persons and has made possible classes in English, personality and entertainment, according to Mrs. H. A. Bowman, secretary of the organisation organ-isation and chairman of the bexaar. A luncheon was served at noon and at 1 :30 p. m. a bridge party was held. Supper will be served from 5:30 to T p. m. and the booths will remain open until a. m. Following the supper, an entertainment will be given. Other committee chairmen include in-clude Mrs. Ann Mansfield, in charge of booths; Mrs. Ben Rose, luncheon, and Mrs. A. Billsland, tables. New officers of the league elected last week include Miss Maud Clark, preaident: Mrs. Blanche Manger, vice president, and Mrs. Anna Gil-patrick. Gil-patrick. Miss Millie Schofieid and Mrs. Ruth Stuart, directors. They will take office at ths business meeting on December . .
