Show HEARING SLATED JiMBjpOAIlD Th stat labor relations board prepared Saturday to conduct its first hearing under th labor relations re-lations act at th capitol Monday by Issuing subpenaa for 12 employes em-ployes of th Clover Leaf-Harris Dairy company. Meanwhile, negotiations were renewed re-newed (during th day by representatives repre-sentatives of the International Union ofTeamter. Chauffeur. Stablemen and Helper or America and of two firms operating taxi-cab taxi-cab in th city. The tat board will hear charge that th Clover Leaf-Harris Dairy company "restrained and coerced" its employes, when it conducts its first hearing Monday. The sub-penas sub-penas were served on 12 employes of the company to assur their appearance ap-pearance at the hearing. The complaint com-plaint was brought by the board upon charges filed by Clarence M. Beck, .counsel for the dairy workers' work-ers' union. Paul M. Peterson, president of th Utah Stat Federation of Labor; La-bor; V. A. McGhan, president of th local drivers' union, and O. Elmo Hall, business representative, represented taxi cab driver as negotiation ne-gotiation were reopened with th Salt Lak Transportation company and Larsen Brothers' Transportation Transporta-tion company. Shirley P. Jonea sented th employers. The taxlcab drivers rejected wage and hour terms offered this week by th employers, necessitating continuance con-tinuance of negotiations. Union recognition rec-ognition has already been granted th drivers.
