ROTARY TALK TELLS VICTORYFOR CHINA A new China will be reborn when the amoka of the undeclared Chinese-Japanese conflict clears away, Miss Mien Yuan Yao, former war correspondent, told members of the Salt Lake Rotary club Tuesday tn the Hotel Utah. sne aia not venture on opinion as to when the war would end, but she declared emphatically that China would be the victor.
