OCR Text	Show U. S. Exports, Imports Shrink in February WASHINGTON. March 28 (UP) American exports declined during dur-ing February, the commerce department de-partment reported Tuesday. But, because of drastically lowered imports, im-ports, the favorable balance of trade rose from 1127,000,000 in January to 1147,000,000. February exports, including reexports, re-exports, were $346,779,000, a decline de-cline of J21.804.000 from S368.-000.000 S368.-000.000 In January. Imports were 1199,775.000, 17 per cent below January's 241,897,000.
