Show GROUP NOMINATES ALT FOR NATION'S PRIZE SKI AWARD Members of a national committee com-mittee to select the winner of the American Ski trophy for 1940, three Salt Lakers, M. A. Strand. George H. Wstson and Don Brooks, announced Monday they would nominate Alt Engen, national ski lumping champion, for the award. Dick Durrance of Sun Valley won the honor last year. The trophy Is awarded annually annual-ly to the amateur American skier who has done the most for the winter sport during a year.
